Student Digital Resources Survey

With the goal of understanding, investigating, and promoting educational equity, the New York State Education Department (NYSED) is requesting that parents / guardians complete a Student Digital Resources survey for each student in grades K – 12. This survey will collect information on student access to devices and internet access in their places of residence.Please login to Infinite Campus and complete the survey for each of your children by Friday, November 22, 2024. 

• One survey is required for every student.
• There are a total of nine questions. The first four have been pre-populated for your convenience. Please adjust the answers if necessary.
• The survey questions may be translated by right clicking anywhere in the survey and selecting a language from the drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner.
