Physical Education

The Syosset Central School District provides a comprehensive physical education program for students in kindergarten through grade 12. Our program helps students develop lifelong habits that contribute to overall health and well-being. We encourage students to enhance their physical fitness, improve coordination, and build strength, while also promoting teamwork, discipline, and leadership skills.
