• 1820 ACTING 1

    Acting 1 offers students experience in various phases of drama including oral interpretation, acting and play production. Students study the basic techniques needed to create a character including vocal production, physical acting, improvisation, script analysis and stage combat. In addition, students will work individually and in groups selecting, rehearsing, and performing scenes from plays. Students experience theatre as actors and directors. The year culminates in the performance of selected scenes for an invited audience as part of the Theatre Arts concert.
