• Blooming Buds Childcare Learning Center

    Blooming Buds Childcare Learning Center has been part of the community for 22 years. We offer care to children from 6 weeks to 12 years old. Our hours of operation are 6:30am-7pm. Our academy will be like a second home for your children because we do everything in our power to ensure that their physical, emotional, social, and educational needs are met every day. We recognize the need to provide equity in educational opportunities for each child. We balance this need by including a range of approaches to learning, respecting diversity, and encouraging best practices.

    Our UPK Curriculum

    Our UPK curriculum includes activities and lessons that provide individualized learning experiences, emphasize quality literature, and meet developmentally appropriate New York State standards. The learning process goes on all day long at Blooming Buds Childcare Learning Center. Through our UPK curriculum, children work at their own pace. They exercise their senses of discovery and exploration in our learning centers and outside in our playground.

    Blooming Buds Childcare Learning Center is a tight-knit community where we prepare your growing four year old for Kindergarten. Our UPK curriculum is designed around weekly themes that include educator-guided and child-led activities. Children learn valuable skills in math, science, social and emotional skills, and physical development. Everything your child learns every day is reinforced and extended throughout the year to get them ready for school. Our UPK curriculum not only focuses on developmentally appropriate academic NYS standards, but also addresses the social and emotional development of the whole child.

    We also offer special activities once a week including Karate, Soccer Shots, Amazing Athletes, Ballet, and Music and Movement.

    Our lunch menu is completely organic, healthy, and made on premises. Lunch will be available to purchase daily. Blooming Buds Childcare Learning Center is a peanut/tree nut free facility. We offer holiday care for the days the School District is closed as Blooming Buds Childcare Learning Center is only closed for 11 holidays per year.
