Students Make a Difference in the Lives of Chronically Ill Kids

Students Make a Difference
Throughout the month of January, South Woods Middle School students have been holding a pajama drive to benefit Jake’s Jammies, which collects new pajamas for children who are battling chronic illnesses and enduring prolonged hospital stays.  Student Council members and Peer Mediators worked with the South Woods CARES Committee to inform and educate the student body about this worthy cause. Additionally, South Woods held a Pajama Day in which the students wore their pajamas to school to spread awareness and show school spirit.
