PRIDE Kickoff!

The Berry Hill Learning Community proudly wore their “got berry hill pride shirts?” provided by our Berry Hill PTA to kick off our PRIDE Program on Monday, October 5, 2015.  In the morning, all classes attended "The Ned Show" which promoted students to Never Give Up, Encourage Others, and Do Your Best!   In the afternoon, our students participated in a school-wide pep rally where each class presented their “banner” that celebrated their commitment to PRIDE.  In addition, students sang the “Berry Hill Song” led by our Music Teachers, Ms. Hall and Mrs. Neri, and participated in cheers and chants led by our physical education teachers, Mr. Lewis and Mr. Segal.   Our Berry Hill PTA in conjunction with our Berry Hill Compact for Learning Committee planned monthly activities throughout the school year that celebrate and reinforce each letter of PRIDE:  Patience, Respect, Integrity, Dignity, and Empathy.   Thank you to our entire Berry Hill Learning Community, including PTA, classroom teachers, faculty, and staff, for a successful kickoff and for promoting the PRIDE Program!
